Motion - Steve Klem
Second - Frank Boepple - to accept treasurers report

Chuck Robinson reports he will pick up the sign posts Friday afternoon and
will deliver them to the Ilion Clubhouse. Pat Deyle will arrange for the Boy
Scouts to paint them. He will advise us when they can start so we can have a
few volunteers to assist.

Motion - Mike Denapole
Second - Steve Klem - to spend up to $2,000.00 for making of the 911 signs.
The Association will pay for the first 20 signs at $10 each for each of the
member clubs. Each club will then be responsible for any signs in excess of
20. The Association will redistribute any of the unused funds. All clubs are
to contact Mike Denapole as soon as possible with their order (preferably by
the first week of January). Contact Magic if you have any questions. We will
try to do this again next year as not all clubs will be able to do them all
at once.

To allow Magic to get an order in as soon as possible and with getting the
actual 911 address taking some time just give him the road name and we can
add the numerics at a later date.

Mike Denapole gave the NYSSA report.

- NYSSA has paid the insurance premium so we now have trail
coverage. Also the landowners lists are due in ASAP. Jim Jennings advised
that landowners will be covered if the trail is on their land and their name
was not on the list or if there was a change in ownership.

- Marty Bull will be contacting each club membership regarding solicitation
of donations for political considerations.

- Mike Denapole reported on the ride to raise funds for breast cancer that
will pass through our area including a stop at Ridgerunners.

Pat Deyle reported on snowmobile crossing signs on County roads. He was
advised by Ray Smith that the Legislators need to pass a law to do this. Ray
states that he will introduce this law.

Jesse Davis reported on the Ride for Missing & Exploited Children. We need
riders. All clubs are encouraged to participate and bring their banners.

Clubs are encouraged to contact Ted Koz regarding their upcoming events and
fund raisers. He will put them on our web site calendar.
